Direct Sales & Dealer Purchasing
For retail consumer buyers processing acquisitions via local dealers, payment setups are governed by the specific dealer's retail terms.
However, if there are no dealers currently available in your local area, we can complete the sale factory-direct. You can submit your site plans and technical project details by email straight to our order desk at orderdesk@canabound.ca to initiate a direct order invoice.
CanaBound accepts the following payment methods for direct sales fulfillment:
- Credit Card: (Visa or Mastercard) Subject to a standard 2.4% processing fee.
- EFT: Electronic Funds Transfer.
- Interac e-Transfer: Available for everyone, including both retail direct buyers and commercial account types.
- Checks: Corporate or personal bank checks.
Please note that all checks must be fully cleared by the bank before any product is shipped or released from our regional distribution warehouses.
If your order delivery timeline is urgent, we strongly recommend selecting instant processing channels such as EFT or Interac e-Transfer to avoid bank clearing holds and ensure your logistics setup stays on track.
Yes. Direct system invoices paid using a credit card are subject to a standard 2.4% credit card processing fee added to the transactional balance.
To waive credit card processing fees entirely, direct buyers can select transaction setups via EFT, Interac e-Transfer, or check clearing loops.
Fence Project Sales & Options
We feature premium Full-Privacy tongue-and-groove layouts alongside modern slatted or decorative lattice-top variations. Our materials are available in several high-end, color-fast finishes across both our premium PVC and structural Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) material lines.
Yes. Our interlocking components are easily installed using the "stepping" method down progressive elevation slopes. For smooth sloped tracking, matching longer post systems can be added to your order package to guarantee enough structural depth below the ground lines on uneven sections.
Absolutely. Because our premium fence solutions are modular, you can specify contrasting colors for your structural posts and your infill panels on your order layout (for example, pairing rich dark gray posts with clean white vinyl panels) to match your custom design theme.
Hot Tub & Spa Project Sales
We recommend coordinating your sales simultaneously, but finalizing your hot tub dimensions prior to lock-in purchase of your fencing layout.
Hot tubs vary in footprint depth, height, and access configuration. Knowing your exact hot tub model ensures you buy the correct gate clearing kit and calculate the perfect linear footing layout to allow equipment accessibility.
Yes. Many electrical codes require an emergency spa disconnect switch/panel box to be mounted within visible range of the hot tub but at a safe distance away. You can purchase standalone matching structural posts and steel reinforcing sleeves explicitly for this structural purpose.
This ensures your backyard layout maintains a uniform look without requiring an awkward separate wooden assembly for the electrician's panel.
The number one mistake buyers make is purchasing standard small walk-gates without factoring in initial spa delivery tracking or downstream warranty servicing needs.
Most standard hot tubs require a delivery opening clearance of at least 38 to 40 inches when wheeled sideways on a delivery cart. When finalizing your sales order, always include a 4-foot (48-inch) wide single gate assembly or a double-gate option to eliminate future access issues.
Yes. Our sales inventory includes standard 5-foot and 6-foot full-privacy tongue-and-groove layouts in both premium PVC and structural composite (WPC).
Before placing your order, we advise checking your local municipal bylaws. Many Canadian municipalities limit property line fences to 6 feet but may allow extended privacy screens if located within a specific setback distance from the spa pad.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics
No. We do not apply custom packing fees for orders that require mixed fence sections, gate assemblies, and distinct reinforcement components on a single pallet. Our fulfillment team carefully plans and stacks each package to protect the materials during transit at no added structural handling charge.
We understand that exact site installations can occasionally deviate from your initial planned boundaries. Unused, completely uninstalled materials still in pristine, resalable condition may be eligible for return within our designated policy timelines.
Please note that direct returns are subject to standard restocking fees, and freight shipping costs back to our hub remain the buyer's responsibility. Additionally, special or custom orders may not be accepted for returns. For full processing terms, please refer to our Return Policy link below.
For items actively maintained in our inventory warehouses, orders typically process and ship within 3 to 5 business days. During peak spring and summer development months, custom colors or large volume runs can require 2 to 4 weeks.
We highly suggest scheduling your fence order at least 30 days prior to your hot tub delivery crew arriving on site.
Warranty & After-Sale Support
Yes, our limited factory product warranty features transferability provisions that add real equity value to your property when selling your home. The original purchaser can seamlessly transfer product coverage to the next homeowner within a specific window of the property deed transfer.
To register a warranty transfer or check specific requirements, please visit our Product Warranty page.
If you purchased your system and installation package through an approved local distributor, your structural assembly contract is directly managed by them. You should contact your specific dealer's service division to schedule physical adjustments under their installation workmanship terms.
For factory-direct buyers running independent installations, our technical group is available at info@canabound.ca to provide diagram guidance and hardware troubleshooting support.
Yes. Because our interlocking PVC and WPC composite profiles utilize a component-based tongue-and-groove system, you never have to replace an entire section if localized damage occurs. You can easily order individual vertical boards, matching top caps, or replacement gate latches directly through your area dealer or our main parts desk.
